Gerry died surrounded by his family on the 4th April 2009. Gerry is survived by his wife of 37 years. Morrien Bickerstaff. Gerry,s children Anita, Kalim and Brian mourn his loose supported by thier familes. A Memorial service will be held on May 03 2009 in The Garden Centre, Mandela Drive, Cape Town.
