died peacefully 4th January 2010 at Timaru Hospital following a 7 week illness. Loved husband of Joan and the late Ella, loved father and father in law to Kevin and Bernice, Gloria (deceased) and Richard Williams, Annette, Sandra and Trevor Taylor, stepfather of Daryl Franklin and Jillian Cleal, and loved grandfather to all his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Service for Max to be held in Betts Chapel, cnr North & Butler Sts., Timaru on Thursday 7th January at 2p.m.
